Jordan

Species: Ball python (Python regius)
Circadian Rhythm: Nocturnal/Crepuscular
Morph: Regular
DOB: Late August, 2024
Date Acquired: March 1, 2025
Weight: 662 g
Temperament: Cautious, Curious
Behavioral Notes:
- I got her from a breeder who listed her for free due to bitiness and allegedly poor or difficult temperment. However, she was always good with me even when I first picked her up and it was my first time handling a snake so I was a bit nervous but she did great. She’s only improved with handling since she was a hatchling
- She often sticks out her head while she’s in her hide to see what’s going on if she hears me or perhaps to cryptically bask
- Often roams her enclosure at night, sometimes its simply to travel to another hide or other times she will hang out on top of a hide
- Does well with handling and the snake hook, typically a slow mover and can chill in one spot for a while
- Isn’t defensive and often is curious while I’m tending to her enclosure
